The failover testing for our firewalls and proxies has completed and completed successfully! I have also migrated to a different authentication platform which should cease any account lockouts from such an attack. Some users will need to enter their email address and password if prompted as some saved password settings are no longer applicable. Please raise any email authentication issues with the IT helpdesk. IT systems will be unavailable from 6pm to 7pm on Monday 11th November due to essential firewall maintenance, updates and failover testing. Access to most systems will be unavailable so plan not to use the system during this period. Apologies that this cannot be done later in the day, but due to the nature of the maintenance, this time window is a requirement in case of any unforeseen complications.
