The phone system has been migrated successfully. There are a few changes to the operation when dialling out, but I will email an update specifically regarding this to staff as soon as possible.

The phone system will be down for a period of 1 hour between 9am and 3pm. This is to migrate our current ISDN connection with BT to SIP lines. We cannot specify the exact period of time that this outage will occur as there are many providers involved in this switchover.
